Nomination Year: 2015
SYNOPSIS: Six young people who've never met before are drawn to a remote cabin by a mysterious force. They cannot seem to leave the area, which includes a spooky graveyard and an even spookier stone totem pole with three grotesque carven figures. It turns out these figures are the Three Masters of Death, who require ritual sacrifice of three Victims by three Killers, whom they compel and mind-control every hundred years or so.

Being picked off one by one, the six protagonists must struggle against fear, paranoia, each other, and an ancient Evil as they strive to survive the night!

I Speak Dead People
Poor Tina's corpse suddenly starts writhing and talking in a strange language. "Maybe it's fucking Dead Person Language!" Brilliant!

That About Covers It
"Either this totem pole was brought by whoever came here, or it was already here when they came." Uh...no shit.

Directors
Director Claim to Fame
David DeCoteau Also credited as Julian Breen, Ellen Cabot, Richard Chasen, Dave DeCoteau, Eric Mancini, David McCabe, Jack Reed, Victoria Sloan, Martin Tate, Joseph Tennent, and Mary Crawford -- so far. I'd try to disguise my name, too, if I had nearly 200 directors' credits, all crap. Following the pattern of most of his messterpieces, his next made-for-TV flop should be called The Wrong Director
