SYNOPSIS: A weird little outcast of a teenager begins to rely more and more on a recorded telephone psychic hotline to tell him what to do. The evil recording draws him into a pact with the Devil, and grants him awesome Satanic power which he uses to strike back at those who've scorned and ridiculed him. In short -- everyone.
