SYNOPSIS:

A lady photographer snaps some shots of a biker gang leader committing a murder and he'll stop at nothing to silence her. Robert Malone, tough-as-nails, no-nonsense, renegade black police detective is there to guard her and bring the bad guys to justice!

The filmmakers really wanted Malone to be the black Dirty Harry and the chief baddie be The Terminator. They failed on both counts, as well as many others.

His friend Max's daughter has been kidnapped! Malone's intent on rescue, despite slim odds. He tells Max: "I'm not doing it for you. I'm just doing it. I would do it even if it were Santa Claus's daughter."
