Nomination Year: 2024
SYNOPSIS:

Poor Ray Milland. Once the highest-paid, most acclaimed actor in Hollywood. Then, stuff like this. Ending with Frogs (q.v.). But I digress...

Dr. James Xavier (See the "X" in his name? See it??) develops special eye-drops that lets creatures see through solid objects. So what if it killed the monkey? He's determined to try it on himself. When he accidentally kills his colleague (a moronic death which must be seen to be appreciated), he goes on the run from the law and becomes a stage act. Eventually, his addiction to the substance makes him see more and more things he doesn't want to, until he meets a Bad (Movie) end.

"Rising with fingers, limbs without flesh...dissolved in an acid of light." blah blah blah. Do most people wax this poetic under stress??

"Alas, Poor Yorick"
Pane Killer
Poor Dr. Xavier accidentally shoves his best friend Dr. Brant out the window to his death. Easily the dumbest death I've seen this year.

Crummiest Ending
Please Someone Pluck MY Eyes Out!
Xavier stumbles into a revival meeting in a tent, where he reveals to all that he (get this) can see GOD. The preacher reminds him of the Scripture that says "if thine eyes offend thee..." Well, he takes it to heart. Creepypasta jump scare. Freeze frame. Roll credits.

Roger Corman Producer of pretty much everything that was ever crappy, ever, and directed most of it. His contribution to Smithee-worthy film cannot be overstated. To list his accomplishments here would not do him justice.
