SYNOPSIS:
In preparation for his trial, Ricky is having a session with yet another psychologist. Told mainly in flashbacks, he relates the tale of how his parents were killed by a roadside Santa, how his brother went crazy and became a Santa-themed murderer before being killed by police, and how he himself took up the mantle of He Who Punishes the Naughty!
Incidentally, here we have a film where the producers originally wanted just a recut of old footage book-ended with the asylum story and a few new scenes. In the end, there was so much extra footage, they decided on a sequel after all. However, the new ouevre was still way too short...so they decided to make the credits ten minutes long and included the entire credits from the first film. I mean, after all, there were so many flashbacks, it's practically the first film anyhow.

He kills him. A little girl rides up on a trike...okay, he spares her, but a car drives toward him and he fires at it until it flips and (what else?) EXPLODES!
