In an abandonded spinach cannery lives an urban legend: A supposed "Sailor Man" who kills all who trespass. This of course affects the resale value of the place. But before the cannery is torn down, a group of plucky youths decide to explore the place for their vlog and get to the bottom of this Sailor Man legend once and for all.
They get more than they bargained for as they discover dead bodies and then begin to be killed one by one themselves!
But wait! The Sailor Man turns out to be just a lonely former Naval seaman whose wife was a whistleblower at the cannery and vanished. He lives there now in sorrow, eating nothing but the contaminated spinach which turned him into a hyper-strong mutated freak. It further turns out that Olivia, one of the investigating 20-somethings, is his orphaned daughter!
The whole thing goes down like a can of rotting spinach.
This clip explains the sad case of Popeye, the Sailor Slayer Man.
"Alas, Poor Yorick"
Re-Rebar
The two lovers just finished doing the nasty. Popeye surprises them and starts the chase. They're cornered, so the guy attempts a difficult jump...and fails, landing on the table below and getting his leg caught in a net. He yanks, and...GAK! Gets skewered by some falling rebar. After some nonsense, Popeye catches up with the girl, scares her to the *same jump*...which she fails, falling onto the rebar jutting from her deceased lover's corpse. GAK!

If Someone Is Killing You, Just Scream
Dexter suggests they'll split up. When Lisa points out that's how people get killed in movies, Dexter says, "If someone starts killing you, just scream." Great advice!
