When War Is Outlawed, Only Outlaws Will Have War
The explanatory beginning voice-over: "It is the future. War has been outlawed. International disputes are now settled with giant robot fights." Yeah, right. That seems like an obvious and logical alternative: assuming that the entire ruling body of every major nation is comprised of ex-Japanese-animators.
And how exactly does one enforce war being outlawed? "If you send in your troops, we'll...uh...negotiate strongly at you!"
