C.A.T. Squad: Python Wolf (1988)
Python Wolf
Nomination Year: 1998
SYNOPSIS: A failed pilot for an action television series, Covert Action Team Squad Python Wolf spends their time keeping the world safe from international terrorism. They've got The Leader Guy, and The Woman, and The Black Guy, and The Person Who Gets Killed (I won't spoil the suspense by telling you who it is).
This is apparently the sequel to a previous C.A.T. Squad made-for-TV-movie. Nietzsche could have easily used this fact to disprove the existence of a merciful God.
Oblivious

Moe enters the room, looks left, then looks right. He still gets coldcocked from the left by a guy who had to be standing RIGHT where Moe was looking.

M.A.S.T.E.R.P.I.E.C.E.
One of the testimonials on the cover says it's a "M.A.S.T.E.R.P.I.E.C.E." You've just got to wonder what that acronym stands for. I suggest it means "Most Asinine S*** That Even Retarded People In Ecuador Cannot Endure." But that's just me.
"Cutting Butter With A Chainsaw"
The Nuclear Bug Zapper
The baddie get steamed, shot, falls, then lands in a donut-shaped device, which fries him and explodes.
