Full Eclipse (1993)
Nomination Year: 1999
SYNOPSIS: Mario Van Peebles is a good cop, but he senses that something is up in the department. Sure enough, it turns out that the departmental psychologist is really a werewolf and has created a drug which he uses to make other cops into werewolves to form a "special unit" that goes after the bad guys without due process.

Vigilante Werewolf Cops on Drugs
Good name for a rock band. Ludicrous premise for a film.
- Oblivious
I Dunno, What's A. Garou with You?
Hm. All the cops are acting pretty weird. I wonder what's up with them? Maybe if I ask the nice police psychologist, he can help me. I'm sure the "A. Garou" name on his door couldn't be a clue.
Deus Ex Machina
It's Like Diplomatic Immunity, Only Stupider
Hero has wereshrink at (silver bullet) gunpoint.
Shrink: "Go ahead. Make your day."
Hero shoots and shrink collapses in a pool of blood. Hero turns to leave...and wereshrink gets back up! He explains that during a full lunar eclipse, werewolves are immune to silver bullets. Right. I don't remember that in the legends.
- Best One-Liner
