The villain forgets to look both ways before crossing the street. But I guess if she had ever listened to her mother, she would never have gone bad. As if that wasn't bad enough, Sam scans her as she dies, follows her soul into Hell and makes its "head" explode. Don't ask me how, but once she's in Hell, don't you think she's had enough?
