SYNOPSIS: A group of terrorists steal plutonium, and construct a nuclear device. Unless the Israelis pull out from the West Bank, they will detonate it in a Saudi Arabian oil field and contaminate half the world's oil supply. So what's a Global Superpower to do but call in a special agent for one last special job?
