is an alien supersoldier that crashes in rural Alabama and goes on a murderous rampage. Fortunately, one of the aliens who created it (played by some guy whose research for the role clearly consisted of watching
Starman way too many times) is given human form and sent to earth to stop it. It S.U.C.K.s.

Mark Krasnoff as Chang Chang (Mark Krasnoff) explains his job,
although not his odd pauses and weird mannerisms. Yes,
Chang is white. That's actually the second favorite topic
for humor in this movie after the Sheriff's diarrhea. Like
I said, it's a quality film.
