SYNOPSIS: Matt Stone (William Shatner) is a man with a history of violence and mental illness. As a child, he killed a man molesting his mother, and spent his entire youth in institutions.

He seduces women, bilks them of cash, kills them, and moves along. But this time, the daughter of his current target suspects foul play (she did, after all, watch him kill Karate Pete (Harold Sakata) at the El Dorado car wash).

Can Matt get away with it? And who will survive when he is carried away with the Impulse To Kill?

Bad Noose
Karate Pete is walking around outside the El Dorado carwash looking for Matt. Oh no, Matt has cleverly dropped a noose around his neck, and is hauling him upward! Matt must have been great at those carnival games.

Matt proceeds to taunt Pete (as Pete dangles), spinning him and punching him. Pete cuts the rope. Matt runs back to his car, and chases Pete. Pete runs into the carwash. Matt follows. After the carwash, Pete falls down, and Matt runs over him. Twice.
