SYNOPSIS: A brilliant college professor decides to put his cutting-edge alchemical knowledge to the test, and discovers/creates the philosopher's stone. Hijinks ensue when it develops that the philosopher's stone has a powerful effect on people who have been exposed to it (um ... duh), and might (or might not -- it's unclear) be sentient.

The Harmonic Reinforcement of the House of The Rising Sun The whole introductory alchemical ramble here is a great example of bad science. Harmonic reinforcement? OK, maybe I can buy that. Electromagnetic radiation not being part of the scientific mainstream? Mmmm, nope. Sorry. The Alpha Force? Uh-huh. Gotcha. I think I read that comic book.
