SYNOPSIS: FBI agent Kyle pulls suicidal pleasure android Circuitry Man out of an insane asylum to help track down evil android Plughead, who is manufacturing longevity chips at his secret Brazilian base with the help of scientist Norma (Traci Lords). Meanwhile, convicts Leech and Rock escape from a Brazilian chain gang and go searching for Plughead for reasons that are completely unclear. And a pair of bumbling cops are dispatched to track the escaped criminals down. Wackiness ensues and Plughead gets to say, "Why jack off when you can jack in?" again.

That's Not What They Call It in Arkansas They're three hours short of having enough oxygen to reach their destination (maybe stopping to have sex in the previous scene wasn't such a good idea, after all).
