Beast of the Yellow Night
Tagline(s):Returned from the dead to stalk human prey!
Nomination Year: 2009
SYNOPSIS: Southeast Asia, 1940. An American deserter named Langdon is dying of hunger in the jungle. The Devil appears to him (as a squat Filipino man) and offers him some rotting human flesh to eat, in exchange for his soul. Hey, good deal! Except that over the next few decades, Langdon has to "inhabit bodies so as to tempt good souls to latent evil." This time around, though, Langdon gets to keep his original face (which, later, even Lucifer admits may have been a mistake). Oh, and also he turns into a werewolf(?) from time to time. Yeah, I don't get it either. Can the love of his body's wife and the help of a mysterious blind man end his curse forever?

Monstering Out at the Church
Langdon walks toward the church. I guess the Devil doesn't like that and gives him an attack. He doubles over. A man in a T-Shirt stops to help. Langdon turns into some kind of WEREWOLF and eats the guy's entrails. WTF?
