Weakness Points

Characters may take any number of Weaknesses so long as they add up to no more than 15 CPs.

I don't use this limit in my campaigns, preferring a flexible limit. The rule of thumb is that a character's negative points cannot total more than one-third his/her positive points. Multiple weaknesses can make for a richer and more interesting character; plus, weaknesses can help trim down the points of an otherwise overly-powerful character without having to sacrifice something in a set of really well-integrated powers. -B.
